Happy New Years
Today marks the first day of the year 2008. The planet has come far since being born over 4.5 billion years ago and the human english calendar reaching its 2008th year. There wasn’t any fireworks anywhere here in New York City for some reason. Even at Times Square, the skies were just full of paper garbage pouring down on the people.
Usually on a big day like this, my neighborhood kids would light up some fireworks, but I guess legal issues forced people not to do anything this year because the night was quiet and the skies were dark.
I wish you all a Happy new year, hope you have a great year this year, hope I do as well.
